BananaBrain Terms of Service
Purpose
BananaBrain is a private personal-use assistant operated by Gleb Malenkov. It is not a public or commercial service and offers no public account registration.
Authorized use
The assistant may access connected services only for tasks initiated or approved by the authorized account owner. Access must not violate law, third-party rights, or provider terms.
Approvals and responsibility
AI-generated summaries and drafts can contain errors. The owner is responsible for reviewing consequential actions, including sending messages, modifying files, changing events, and unsubscribing.
Third-party services
BananaBrain depends on Google APIs, an AI inference provider, private hosting infrastructure, and optional messaging delivery. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service.
No warranty
The assistant is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
